A supported-housing platform that runs the whole service: tenants, staff and admins on one system.

About the product

Pathway Housing is a management platform for supported-housing providers. It replaces the usual patchwork of spreadsheets, shared drives and phone calls with one system that holds the whole service: every property, every tenancy, every referral and every task, all in one place with one source of truth.

Three different kinds of people use it every day, and each gets their own experience. Tenants see their home and their tenancy clearly. Support staff get the day's work organised for them. Admins see the whole service at a glance and control exactly who can do what.

The same platform travels: it runs as a full web application in the office and as a native iPhone app in the field, always showing the same live information, so a staff member standing in a property sees exactly what their colleague sees at a desk.

For tenants

Living in supported housing comes with enough paperwork and uncertainty. The tenant side of Pathway makes the essentials clear and reachable.

A clear view of home

Tenants sign in to their own space and see their tenancy: where they live, who supports them and the key information about their home, without having to ask.
