Emergency vehicle recovery, quoted by the operators who will do it
Recovru is the roadside network we own and run. A driver asks for help, the operators near them name their own price and how soon they can be there, and the driver picks one. Nobody in the middle sets the number.

An offered operator has 180 seconds to name one all-in price, the band they can arrive in, and anything they will not cover. Any number of them can quote. The driver sees up to five at a time and accepts one; a declined quote's slot goes to the operator who has been waiting longest.

Every quote carries an arrival band of ten, twenty, thirty or forty-five minutes. The platform measures the drive itself and refuses a quote from an operator who is too far away or whose band will not cover the journey, so the time beside the price is one the operator can keep.

A job is offered inside five miles first. If forty-five seconds pass with no quote it widens a ring, out through ten, fifteen and twenty to twenty-five miles, then keeps re-pinging at the widest. A driver is never left waiting on a single operator who has put their phone down.

Accepting a quote places a hold on the driver's card rather than taking the money. It is captured when the work is finished, and operators are paid out through Stripe Connect. The platform keeps fifteen per cent and nothing else.

Operators are identity-verified and cleared for each service separately. An AI pre-screen reads the documents, a person makes the decision, and the dispatch engine itself reads the clearance, so an uncleared operator is never offered the work in the first place.

A recovery flagged as stolen does not go out to operators. It waits until the customer confirms the police have released the vehicle, and every step of that is written down as it happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.
