Nearby operators see the job on their own app, and the first to accept is on the way, tracked live on the driver's map.
Everything that normally makes a breakdown stressful is handled inside the platform: the price is agreed before anyone moves, payment is held safely until the truck actually arrives, and both sides can see exactly what is happening at every moment.
